3/4 Sleeve Paisley Print Shift Dress

I had expected the colours to b e more vibrant and the material to be thicker I did not feeI I would be warm in this dress. It made me feel "dowdy" Instead , I chose an Aztec tunic when I was able to visit the Argyle st. store. I was amazed at the dull colours I found on the racks of dresses, and felt many of them were not suitable to be called "Winter " dresses. I have not been able to visit a store for some time, and I was very disappointed.

This dress was fine - no problems - just not me.

I spotted this dress on line but when it arrived the material and colours were disappointing - just not crisp and smart enough. The fit was reasonable but the dress was just not as nice as in the illustration.

In the M&S dress-size lottery a larger size was right for this dress - in some I need a 10, others a 12 and this 12 was a good fit, a 10 would have been too tight (no stock anyway). The dress is smart casual rather than smart - the colours and print are not super sharp - pretty and comfortable. Purchased when on offer so good value, not sure full price would have been justified as it's only soft jersey and not smart.

This dress is so comfortable. It is a lovely colour and can be dressed up if required.

Good style, very good size and fit, attractive colour and pattern-my husband really liked it on me but I found the quality poor considering the price, the material was quite thin although I do agree that it did not cling. The neck line was most disappointing, it gaped and revealed your bra straps. I wanted to wear it for an occasion, although I did feel comfortable I did not feel attractive enough in this dress. Probably a good dress for casual wear or a smart day at work.

I really liked this dress but found it a little long for me. i have just shortened it and it is fine. The colours are a little dull but the comfort and style make up for this.

This dress is very figure flattering and looks very elegant dressed up with some pearls. The length is just about on the knee (I am 5'8" tall) which I found just right. I thought it was a bit expensive considering it wasn't lined, but it looks fine with a full length slip. Overall I am very pleased.

I would agree with other reviewers that the colours are a bit muted but the pattern is lovely. I bought this to wear at work but ended up wearing it to a party. It can be dressed up or down and will be useful addition to my wardrobe

Flattering style and feels very comfortable. Neckline a little on the wide side so keeping fingers crossed that bra straps don't keep appearing and length a fraction too long for my liking (prefer on the knee and this is just below - I'm 5'6") but will be keeping it and will simply take the hem up. Lovely pattern in very nice soft navy and other slightly muted colours. A very attractive, classic styled dress.

I bought this dress today and was so pleased it is flattering and comfortable. I am 5'9 and it came to bottom of my knee. Looks better on than on hanger.

This dress is really lovely, was unsure when I ordered it but so pleased with it, it's very comfortable and with the bit of ruching on the side hides any lumps and bumps.

This is a lovely dress, but the colours are washed out, which doesnt make the dress look new. Disappointed.I returned the item.

Lovely shaped dress and although fabric was quite thin it fit ok (M&S clothes are always big on me, par for the course) but this fit better than most. However it looked as though it had been through the wash too many times....blue background had that faded, washed out look and wasn't as vibrant as it appeared on website. Although I quite liked it I certainly wouldn't pay this much for an OK dress....shame as I expected a much more vibrant dress and better quality.
