Pure Extra Fine Lambswool Crew Neck Jumper is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 175.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from My new favourite Jumper I have been looking for wool jumper, with little success, however discovered this jumper in my local Marks and Spencer store. I have broad shoulders, broad chest, which often causes fitting problems, however having discovered this jumper, I have been pleasantly surprised with the fit, also the quality of the product. I have been wearing the jumper over a standard cotton t-shirt, the product keeps you warm. I am not a person who likes logos on my clothing, this is ideal. People have commented favourably about the jumper. I feel smart, casual, comfortable. I have also added additional colours of the jumper to my wardrobe.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from New Improved Fit?? I don't think so I have been buying a version of this jumper from M&S, for my husband, for several years now. He has them in several colours. And till recently they have been good quality and fit well. But, for some reason, they have changed. Straight away they look as if they are not going to wash well. They look fluffy. I haven't washed the one I bought, yet, as he hasn't worn it yet. But the one I bought last time pretty much dissolved when I washed it. My husband has always worn size L. but I have had to exchange size L for size XL this time. It is not his size that has changed. New improved fit?? Not as far as my husband is concerned. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Altered fit My husband has worn a medium for more years than he would like to remember but when ordering a new one of these jumpers this winter Marks has come up with a new and improved fit! I’m not quite sure which market this is aimed at but hubby has had to go up to a large which is a good fit and longer in the body than previously although he’s not too happy about being now classed as “large”. If it is necessary to bring out a new and improved fit, it would be helpful if you could please advise your customers that whatever size you were previously they might need to consider now ordering a larger size. This would save having to return items which don’t fit and help with reducing carbon emissions.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed My husband and other family members have been wearing your lambswool jumpers since the beginning of time. We were disappointed firstly as the 'burgandy' no longer exists - similar colours either too bright or the berry which I bought is a bit dark. The quality is nothing like what it used to be and hasn't been for a few years - my husband has old ones that are still going strong whereas the newer ones fall to bits and pill. There being a dearth of lambswool jumpers for women, I ordered a grey one for me too. I wondered whether to get a medium or large and opted for the large - glad I did as the sleeves would have been too short on the medium. My husband is 6 foot one and quite slender - the large is tight on him whereas it has been quite OK and a bit loose in previous years.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from ''Improved fit'' doesn't fit This M&S jumper has been a reliable quality buy for me for many years in medium size. The medium now fits far too tight and the large is oversized. The quality of the knit is inferior to that previously and also tends to pill. Don't understand why M&S would make this change but guess you are targeting a different demographic or making production economies. Sadly my last M&S crew neck

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lambswool Crew Neck Jumper Having bought M&S jumpers for as long as I can remember, I was always assured that the fit would be consistent which indeed it has over the years until now. I have worn the same size of jumper for years and my old M&S jumpers fit like a glove, but the new ones are not true to size and I find that I have to re-order a size larger. This is not the consistecy that I have come to expect from M&S.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not nearly as good as they used to be I've worn M&S lambswool jumpers for nearly 30 years. As long as they were washed carefully they'd easily last a couple of years. I bought 2 a couple of years ago and they barely lasted 12 months, On both jumpers the stitching came undone under the armpits. I was bought a light blue jumper for Christmas, and I was impressed with the fit, however one the first day i wore it the stitching under one of the arms came undone the first time I took it off. . I had no problem exchanging it for a replacement jumper (I went for black this time), but I found the replacement is slightly shorter in the body.. I've now worn my new jumper 4 times and already it's quite bobbly on the arms. I doubt I'll be buying anymore M&s lambswool jumpers.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wears out under the arms I have noticed that lambswool jumpers I have bought over the past three years have suffered from the underarms seams becoming undone where the arm seam meets the body seam. This happens from 6 months to 2 years from purchasing the jumper. I seems to me to be a construction issue that needs addressing by your QA department and your suppliers
