We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellation is only possible within the first 30 minutes after the purchase is complete. After this time frame, the cancellation option becomes unavailable. It's important to review your order details carefully before finalizing your purchase to ensure it meets your requirements.

Do I have to pay any customs and/or duty?

No, there is no additional customs duties or tax to pay now the UK has left the EU. However if you are contacted by our carrier to make an additional payment, please do not make a payment directly. Instead, we kindly request that you contact our Customer Service team for assistance here

For high value orders which clear customs in Frankfurt a Power of Attorney form is required to be completed, before delivery can be made. You will be contacted directly by the carrier to complete import vollmacht.

Will all my items be shipped together?
