Truro Striped Mug

Aptly named as comparable to Cornish stoneware which is very expensive

Lovely mug, very solid, I bought them to match the Truro dinner service and it really does look good with the dinner service. Holds a nice amount of liquid.

Have now brought the 12 piece set, 4 pasta bowls, 10 mugs and extra plates. When first brought I was really pleased with it, it looks good and is a really nice addition to our home. However, it soon changed, one mug decided to split in two when introduced to hot water and the glaze on several pieces has cracked. I am now fed up with having to return pieces and reorder replacements, especially as two replacement plates I ordered last week came with a grid pattern pressed into the surface. I shall not be buying any more!

Bought these to match the plate sets. They are a decent size so you can have a proper 'cuppa' unlike some of those silly small ones you sometimes get.

Have now purchased the whole range in this design as the colour and style are so good.

A modern, but classic stoneware, I was not disappointed with this purchase, or it's design and color.
