Bonded Fleece Gilet

Great fit, lovely colour. Soft and warm fabric. Fits well around hips. Plenty of room even when zipped up. I love it! A great addition to my wardrobe.

Sizing was a problem. Normal ten wouldn't fit round my hips. Ordered a size twelve, was slightly better but is a close fit. Nowhere near where a twelve would normally be on me. I find this a lot in M&S sizing. Always have to take several sizes of each garment to changing room. I bought it because I needed it, and it won't be in regular use.

The gilet was quite tight and it made the trim on the pockets stick out.

This item was very small I am usually a 14 ordered a 16 to wear jumper underneath, I measured the gilet and found it to be a size 12, have reordered did not know what size to order so ordered 18 and 20 so we will have to see how I get on with them. Was very disappointed with the size. Marks and Spencer sizes in clothes are terrible at one time I could just go in the shop and buy a size and know it would fit me, but now it is just pot luck.

I bought the black version of this gilet last year and it is fab. Slightly more trendy than the average fleece gilet. I recommend it.

On the purple version the arm holes were very small and only just fit over a top. Although bigger on the cream version neither colour was a good fit. The bottom of the arm shape was cut too far out so it rucked up in a triangle of material under the arm pit - not very comfy and unsightly! This poor cut and finish spoils these gilets.
