Mosaic Piped Side Waist Bodycon Shift Dress

I am not a fan of body con dresses as some of them for a curvey shapes can be NOT so sooo ! flattering and are clingy. This dress is a great fit particularly for ladies with bigger bra sizes. Its sits well around the hips as well echos confident and slimming outlook. The material of the dress is reasonably good and heavy-ish so its hangs well. It is fully lined. The cut around sleeves is just right so doesnot expose bra edges from under the dress, and the length of the dress sits perfectly well, just under the knee. The dress doesnot pop up when you sit and hence doesnot show off too much of the thigh ! Very respectable dress for office or a dinner date after work teamed with a shawl. I noted other reviews as being threaded at places. . Bought the dress on sale in perfect condition at store. It comes with a matching jacket which unfortunately could not find one in my size.So I will wear it with black jacket. Easy to iron. I would recommend it .

Great value for money, flattering side panels.

I really liked this when I tried it on but noticed a couple of wee shadows on it when I took it home. This was in fact bits of the very fine threading which had the tiniest catches. I needed something cooler for work so wore it have been very careful with the dress but more areas look as though there are catches and after one very gentle wash the creasing us horrendous. After a 10 minute car journey to work the dress looks like it has never been ironed at all and the fabric has definitely stretched. I don't usually take anything back once worn and washed even if faulty but for the price and given the other reviews, I am planning to do just that. Disappointed.

Lovely-looking dress on the site, but when it arrived, rather than giving the hoped-for slimmer look instead it just accentuated all the lumps and bumps! Great for those taller ladies with a slim figure, just not for me.

Fitted well around hips but baggy up the top. Dark material started to pull/fray after two hours of wear which made it look like the dress was stained. Not a good look. Unfortunately I had to return the dress as the material was not durable.

Recently, even being a pear and normally shying away from non A lined dresses. M&S dresses size 14 have fitted me a treat. Been superb for work. I was drawn to the contour lines styling this dress, however is not for me as was classic too big up top and too tight on the hips, which irrespective of my body shape shouldn't have hugged my hips like that in a size 14. This leads me to my belief that this is a great purchase for the lucky girls out there who are bigger on top with the slimmer hips and great pins! Still great quality and a great price.
