Embroidered Maxi Dress

Lovely dress, style, material, price, however, size again not consistent with normal M&S, far too long for me, I'm 5ft 1 & dress was at least a foot too long, with the bust section sitting around my waist. Disappointed, shame not available in petite. Will be returning.

A great fit!! I am normally a size 10 however ordering online my size wasn't there so I ordered the next size down. I thought that I would be disappointed!!- no I was not a fantastic fit and I felt really comfy in this. I'm going to wear this for my holidays but also in the summer!!

The style is what would go for, quality is very good. Slightly big although I went for a size smaller than my usual size

This dress is a lovely style and weight, I'm thinking Spring or Autumn wear. I am 5'5" and the dress is ankle length, which is perfect and I am a size 8-10 and the size 8 is good, if a tiny bit roomy. I will be able to wear high or low heels and the style is one that can be dressed up or down. I am not overly keen on the sleeves, as they are split (not obvious in the pictures), but if I decide I don't like them, I'll just put a couple of stitches in to join them up.

Love this dress. Very striking. Quite long but wear with heels & perfect. May decide to join split sleeves but will consult with my daughter first. Got 25% off so a definite bargain.

I cannot praise whoever designed this dress enough, I love every aspect of it!. The fit and fabric are excellent for this design, M&S quality oozing out of every swish in the beautifully sway of the skirt as you walk, It drapes the figure, covering a multitude of sins, and with beautiful stitching detail it's an absolute stunner of a dress.....now we just need the sunshine. One of the best M&S have done in my opinion. Well Done.

I adore this dress - the style and fit are perfect, I just wish it was a tiny bit shorter because even with heels, I find it a little bit too long (I am 5ft 7ins). However, I have decided to keep it because it is so pretty and looks so nice on.

The split sleeves, which are not obvious in the picture, spoil this dress, making it impossible to wear if your over 'a certain age'. Shame, because the embroidery is pretty.
