Leather Toe Cap Ankle Boots

so i order this shoe twice my beefs with M&S are well demonstrated with this product: 1- you put the worst shoes in stores so we cannot try it on. 2- the sizing is really bad. just to give you an example i have 2 M&S shoes sizes 8 and 9.5. they both fit well. had i not returned this one, it would have been a size 10! how can that be? 3- this shoe looks good in the picture and in size 10. but the proportions are way off in size 9.5 that make it look like a kid's shoe (which ruins the shoe completely in my opinion). so i initially bought it size 10 and went to collect from store, felt its a big large, thought the 9.5 would fit perfectly so returned it immediately and ordered the 9.5. a few days later went to collect and found it was two small. returned that as well. i should order the big one again because it was better but don't want the hassle. had this shoe been in store, this debacle could have been avoided and you could have faired well with my money.
