Globe Glass Table Lamp

Purchased this lamp for my new kitchen it was a beautiful red colour. Ordered it on line so was not able to see what light it gave off. When we unpacked it the plug was sealed, you could not return it if the seal was broken so we were not able to see if it was suitable. It has been returned. Very disappointed with M and S. So beware if you purchase this lamp.

This looks great in my lounge and adds some much needed colour (red). It is very light so watch out if placed somewhere pets or kids could easily push it off a surface. Used some vouchers to pay for it as £69 seemed a lot for a lamp but I do love it

Elegant table lamp, but the finish of the glass bowl base is not quite up to the £59 price tag. Tip: We returned two before accepting our lamp, so check the base for faults and blemishes.

I find it rather odd and quite frustrating that M&S don't have their lighting on display in their shops anymore, (or at least not in their Marble Arch store). I bought this lamp in grey and overall I'm very happy with it. It hasn't got much weight to it and I would have preferred the base to be slightly more translucent. But that said I think it's excellent value for money. It isn't fussy, has a contemporary feel and looks good. Well done M&S.

This lamp punches above its weight in terms of appearance and quality vs the money it cost. The design is classic- we have it in front of a window where the glass base lets light through beautifully and the shade is a lovely colour. A great buy.

Very pleased with the lamps. After considerable research (I'm very fussy!) these are pretty much what I had in mind. I wanted them as bedside lamps and am v pleased with result, although be aware they are quite big! The colour (grey) is also v versatile.
