Very pleased with this purchase a smart and comfortable shoe.

nice looking for work and good heel height. The sizing was small though, I needed to go up a size. However, I have recently been suffering with sore heels and I can only put it down to the shoe. You can feel the heel of the shoe quite significantly under foot. I stopped wearing them for a few days to check, I have them back on today and my heels are hurting. :-( I bought the mink shoes at the same time but have not worn these yet. So, in all, I am quite disappointed as I wanted an everyday pair of shoes for work.

Not one that usually wears heels but wanted some to go with my M&S little black dress! Ordered these, picked them up at a small store a mile from home. Wore them all night at my Christmas do and they were very comfy :-)

Lovely shoes. True to size. Nice heal height so not too high.

I wore these shoes last week on a night out. Extremely comfortable to wear, and also look very dressy and elegant, They look more expensive than what they cost, and the little bows at front just add that extra touch.

Shoes look cheap, had to wear them as heel tip on other M&S shoes had come off (third pair, same problem), otherwise would have returned for refund.
