Ditsy Floral Shift Dress

This is a comfortable day dress. I like the tie neckline and the length is good, not too short. It is lightweight and I will probably wear with thick tights.

Fabric and the details of the dress design are surprisingly crisp and dressy. I expected something more casual, and this would be fine casual, but it is a dressy casual. The sleeves are long and blousy, quite feminine. The hem is long on my 5'4" height, which does add the impression that it is meant for professional or dressy occasions.

I love this dress so much!! So glad that I bought it :) Feminine, but great for work. Good length, and looks good with boots. Would highly recommend :)

Rrally lovely dressed teamed with a black blazer for work, had lots of compliments. Would recommend. A great addition to you work wardrobe.

I ordered this dress, discounted on one of their special offer days, and thought that this would be a great dress to wear with leggings. I was extremely disappointed at the quality of this product - the dress was very thin and not up to the usual M&S quality I would have expected and have had with other dresses. It was quite short too so would have looked horrible as a dress, but just about passable with leggings. I returned this dress and £25 is too much for it as very thin material

I love this dress and intend to wear it with black leggings. Its pretty and I like the shape and the tie at the neck. Its just at the top of my knee and I am 5ft 10. Its loose at the arms and elasticated at the waist but don't let this put you off, you cant tell......it just nips your waist in. Good value for money, especially with 20% off.

So sorry I had to return this dress although details said it was on a tall model ,me being 5.3 in height I thought it be perfect length it was too short for me . I loved the style and materiel but I am in my late 50 so some one younger it be perfect fantastic value for money .

Unfortunately the dress was too big for me. The sleeves were too long, it was too big on the shoulders and the tie neck line was too low; a vest top would have needed to be worn underneath. Even the cuffs were too big. I am a size 6 and sometimes dresses in the normal (Ie not petite range) fit me, depending on the style, although skirts and trousers are always huge. It is such a shame that M&S doesn't produce more petite garments.

My daughter tells me that this dress is very high waisted and is small but thankfully it fitted her and she is very pleased with it. Of course I am disappointed that the week I bought it, it came up in the sale! Is it really worth buying anything full price anymore!
