Hooded Duffle Coat with Wool &

The material and finish of the coat is just a bit disappointing. I would have forgiven it but the hood was so massive that even with a big woollen hat underneath it would till be twice as large as needed, so I returned the coat.

The item was fine when it eventually came. The first parcel came on time with the wrong coat and the wrong size although the details inside had the right name, order no and coat details. The store could not contact anyone about it so had to refund me the money on the coat I didn't order and re-order the coat I did want which made the process quite lengthy. Having said that the Chesterfield store were fantastic. They did everything they could to put the matter right and it wasn't even their mistake.

I love this coat, great fit, good quality and lots of extra detail, such as the button trims on the sleeve. It was a bit on the short side for me and although I love the coat (bought in Camel colour), it just didn't suit me so I had to return it.

Ordered this online as it looked so lovely. Collected from local store and although the fit was good the hood was way too big and very flimsy. Returned to store.

Really nice coat, good fit (go up a size if you have a large busy - female issues!), very warm and stylish!

Overall I am very pleased with my new coat. It is very traditional. It will prove a hit for me in winter, when I can use it, in conjunction with something woollen underneath. Very warm.

I was very pleased with this purchase as it has style, comfort and warmth for a relatively inexpensive price. The design is snug as it has a zip and hood. It also buttons at the neck to help keep out that cold winter chill.

I wanted a jacket that was Stylish, Comfortable but casual enough to pop to the shops and do the school run. This jacket is perfect. At first I was worried it was a bit itchy on the arms, but I have had it for about 6 weeks now and the fabric in the sleeves has softened with wear to its very comfortable now. Very happy and would recommend.

Grabbed this quickly for my daughter on 25% off as the small sizes seem to sell out quickly (not so many made?) She is very pleased with it. Fits well, wool content will make it warm enough for winter so good value for money. Just wish it came in a bright colour, not camel.
