Butterfly Print Empire Line Dress

Pretty design and good fit. A nice addition to the summer wardrobe.

After reading the previous reviews I was excited about this dress. Unfortunately it was a bit big and the flowery print didn't suit me at all. I had to be returned. I am sure it would be lovely on any one else except me!

I really like the material and the fit of this dress, just the right length for me, below the knee, and the neckline is exactly how I like it, not too low.

Ordered this online which is always a bit of a gamble but it didn't suit me and I thought it looked a bit frumpy. As I am just over 5' 1" this was just the wrong style for me. Would suit a taller person.

Yet again I took the risk of sending for a dress, hoping that it would be long enough and yet again it was a disappointment. At 5' 8" I like a dress to come below my knees, this one does not. The material is a little heavy for summer, and the folds under the band made me look pregnant! What happened to dresses in short, standard and long? At least when you sold different lengths I stood a chance of getting the right length (I have a wardrobe almost full of longer length dresses from M & S to prove it - but would have liked a new one or two for this year).

The dress looked really nice on the web site so I ordered, but unfortunately was a bit neat around the tummy. I feel I also need a couple of inches on the length. I wish you would do different lengths (you did at one time) as they all seem to be too short on me.

I am so pleased with this dress. It is easy fit, easy to wear and true to size. I also like the longer sleeve as, being in the 'young elderly' age group, it hides many upper arm sins. It needed washing after a day with my grandchildren and it washes really well on a wool wash. If you hang it on a clothes hanger as it dries, it needs no ironing. What could be better for the perfect dress?

Lovely dress. I'm between a 14 and a 16 and ordered both for size. I went for the 16 as it seemed to hang better. I'm going to bling it up with heels and a hat for a wedding. Ideal dress for a late summer occasion. Sleeves are very flattering. Pleased with my purchase!

This dress has a lovely pattern and is very comfortable to wear. The length is just below the knee (5ft.1in. tall). Would love to see this style in different patterns and lighter materials for summer. Washes like a dream.

This is a lovely dress and very flattering but sadly too long for me, I'm just 5ft and because of the border at the bottom shortening was not an option so reluctantly I returned it but if you are over 5 ft 2ins give it a try
