Extra Large May Bouquet

I chose these flowers for a 90th Birthday pressie as in the past M&S have always produced high quality flowers. I saw them 2 days after delivery and the roses were looking tiredand begining to droop, As the recipient is a horteculturalist, I don't feel this could be blamed on how they cared for them.They were vey pretty flowers and smelt lovely but to say they were an extra large bouquet was unfair - they just about filled the vase! I expected a much higher standard from M&S

I received this lovely bouquet last Thursday from my relation in Australia - today one week later I have had to throw most of them away as they are dead . I was really disappointed as I thought M&S flowers would have lasted longer after following all care instructions.

Got them delivered for my mums 60th, not as described. Chrysanthemums instead of Aliums which is not the same. I would expect better better for £45. And M&S.

I live in USA and sent it to my mother for USA's mother's day, 12th May. The roses were not cream but yellow, fortunately my mother loved them, but not what I was expecting her to receive.

Again I have been able to rely on M&S to deliver on time and when you are in Australia having the confidence that it will all just happen is invaluable. Have used this service a number of times now and its better than interflora and far more reliable than any other delivery service I have used. Thank you M&S its the only thing I miss being in Australia

I have used M&S for over 40 years mostly with good value and service but was surprised to see they made floral deliveries. i was very impressed with the bouquet, delivery and value for money and will use again.
