These were ordered as a replacement for an item that was sold out. They arrived but rejected as the item had very obvious faults on the uppers. Very visible and surprising that they had passed quality control.

Missed the opportunity to buy this product when I was in London a few weeks ago visiting the M&S store on Oxford Street. Back home it occured to me that there would probably be an M&S web alternative. I made my purchase on the web, the procedure was easy and the product was delivered on time and just the right size and colour. I will most certainly make more purchases this way.

I have been looking for a pair of shoes like this for sometime. They cost £50 and were delivered to a local shop the next day free of charge. I had tried other makes but for the same style and quality, they were either more expensive or if cheaper, did not fit very well. If I ever need to replace these shoes, I'll just buy another pair the same.
