It’s so important to wear the right size bra. Getting it wrong can affect your appearance, comfort and health.
We offer a free bra advisory and measuring service in our stores and would recommend that you get measured every six months.
If you would like to measure yourself, instructions are below. Please remember this is only a guideline. A visit to our bra advisors will give more accurate results.
To take your measurements, wear a bra with thin fabric, preferably non-wired. If your breasts do not require much support, you can measure yourself bra-less.
1. Find your underband size by measuring around your body underneath your bust. Make sure the tape measure is level all the way around.
2. Measure around your body at the fullest part of your bust. Again, the tape measure must be level all the way around your front and back.
Our table below saves you having to work out the maths. To get your bra size, simply cross reference the two measurements you have taken.
