Blazer itself is very similar to other department store products, good quality for the price paid, the real plus for me was the ordering and delivery service, not a big fan of online shopping but I was panicking about school blazer as no local department store now stock blazers even though a large secondary in my area has them as dress code. I ordered and received item at a store convenient to me in 3 working days - excellent service.

I bought this for my son who is just starting in 6th Form and no longer wears school uniform but needs "a suit". As a different colour to his old school blazer, it goes really well with smart black trousers and different coloured shirts & ties; looking very much like a suit, but at a fraction of the cost. I am very pleased and so is he! He is a little chunky and we found that the plus size 16 was too cavernous but the plus size 15 was a better fit than the regular 15 or 16.

This plus size blazer is a great fit for my 11 year old just starting secondary school. He is a sturdy boy for whom I have recently had to buy age 14 clothes to fit waist/body but then the length becomes too long and clothing out of proportion. The M&S age 12 plus fit is perfect for him. It just gives a bit of extra room where it's needed. The only reason I scored fit 4 not 5 is that I had to shorten sleeves just a little but then he is 11 not 12!

I usually find m&s children's clothes to be a good fit, but this was huge! My 15yr old is quite a skinny build but I could've fitted two of him into this blazer and still had room!! The length was fine both in arms and body length but the width was much too big, had to return it and buy age 15 from next which was a much better fit, it was a shame as I prefer the quality of m&s

Is this a good name for childrens clothes .. it would be good if they had slim medium standard fit or something similar ... children come in all shapes and sizes they are not all the same!!!

Quality looks OK but a bit long in the sleeves for my average boy.

Bought exactly the same size as last year as son has not grown - bought via internet - but the new blazer is so much smaller than last years. So now have to trek all the way to store on a busy saturday with unhappy teenager to try on blazers. Not too happy.
