We use a combination of M&S, third- party and self audits to assess supplier performance which are logged on a shared database known as SEDEX. Results are reported in detail to the ETI and summarised in our annual How We Do Business Report.

You may return unused products within 35 days of purchase with a parcel summary document. Your items don't need to be in the original box or bag as long as they're securely packaged. Please note that we can’t accept goodwill refunds for the following items:
Earrings, hampers, duvets*, pillows*, bra accessories, lingerie (not including bras), swimwear*, toiletries*, non-M&S branded toys and gifts*, non-M&S branded luggage and personalised items and any products with a seal where the seal is broken. These products can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights (for example, if they are not fit for purpose or not as described).
*Please note that these products and electronic items can only be returned under our goodwill policy if they are unopened and have the security seal intact.

How does it work?
We offer you the option to return any items purchased on www.marksandspencer.com/my to select click and collect stores free of charge. Please see the select stores below:
Refunds cannot be processed at click and collect stores. Please return your parcel to one of the click and collect stores and we will send this to our UK warehouse for you. Your refund will be processed once your parcel has reached our UK warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

There is no additional cost for you using this method.
How much will I be refunded?
You will be fully refunded for the value of the goods returned; you will not be refunded for any shipping costs (unless the goods being returned are faulty) or any taxes you paid on your order, if applicable. Please note that we will refund your shipping costs if you are returning faulty goods.

You'll be sent a confirmation email from Global-E which will contain a link to download your returns label and returns note. Print the returns label, attach it to the top of your parcel and insert the returns note in the parcel.
The returns label and returns note is valid for one parcel only. The courier will not be able to accept any additional parcels.

We offer FREE delivery to select M&S click and collect stores and free delivery to home, for orders over RM 250. We also offer free express delivery for orders over RM 500.

You will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect in store. You will have 7 days from receipt of the email to collect your order. If the order is uncollected, it will be sent back to the UK distribution centre and you will receive a refund for the cost of the product once it has been processed.
No, the amount paid by you is fully inclusive of delivery to the specified delivery address and all duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. We send orders to Malaysia as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
