How do I know when my order is ready to collect from store?

You will be notified by SMS when your order is ready to collect in store. You will have 3 days from receipt of the SMS to collect your order before your order is sent back to the UK.

What details are required when collecting my order from store?

You will need to show photo identification when collecting your order. If someone else is collecting an order on your behalf, they will also need to provide the order number.

How long do I have to collect my order from store?

You will have 3 days to collect your order. If your order is uncollected, it will be sent back to the UK distribution centre and you will receive a full refund for the goods. This may take up to 28 working days.
