I brought a pair of these for my 9 year old daughter last year and they are her absolute favourite, really nice fit. She has worn them loads, they wash and wear well so just had to buy another pair for her this year!

Not super skinny
No, I don't recommend this
I often have to buy my 7 1/2 year old Age 10+ for trousers but these are very big in the waist, leg length and width at the knee. Even with adjustment she would need to fill out quite a bit for these to be a 'Super Skinny' fit.
