Bought these for my husband who loved the look but when he tried them on the top lace hook pinged off. I don't think he was the first person to have this problem so I will be returning the boots for a refund. A real shame. Perhaps it is time M&S looked at these reviews and realised there is a problem with the manufacturing of the boots!!

Was looking for a pair of boots for this winter - something that would keep my feet warm and dry but at the same time not too big and heavy. I came across these and bit the bullet. I haven't been disappointed - they are just what I was looking for. Please change my name to Angus !!!!!!

Well made and stylish boots with ready treated suede which should help to avoid stains. Nicely made and quickly delivered. Sizing is a bit big as I normally take a 7.5 - 8 and with these a 7 is a generous fit. Go down one size would be my advice. Very pleased with them and they look great with jeans.

Lovely boot but unfortunately like another reviewer the top hook on the boot pinged off whilst trying on for the first time ! Which isn’t good for a £79 boot looks like they may have problems with them going to take them back tomorrow which is sad cos really liked them

Wonderful comfortable fit. Like walking on air. Supportive walking shoe and stylish at same time, so no hesitation regarding wearing them for the office. Pity not waterproof though. Tried to buy on line but no size for brown boot given as available. Contacted local store who were able to order them. Collected from store in under 24 hours. Great service.
