Yes, I recommend this
I bought this in the sale for my son. Unfortunately he wanted Slim Fit and I bought tailored fit, so collar size wrong. Couldn't get slim fit in sale, so went to store as the shirt seems very nice. As one gentleman has already pointed out I picked up two in two different sizes. One had white buttons and the other pearl (but looked yellow). On checking the other sizes they varied between white and pearl buttons. Must be different manufacturers but should be consistent for the quality shirt and price. I am going to go to another store and see if I have any more luck. White shirts should have white buttons.

I'm not sure what to make of this shirt
No, I don't recommend this
The first few times I wore this shirt, it was great: the material felt good quality and it fitted great in the collar, chest, sleeves and shoulders. It's weirdly a little tight across the back though (not sure how that happens). I was pretty happy until the fourth time I wore it. I reached forward and both armpits ripped open! There was no resistance at all; they just broke! Given that the shirt fitted so well, I'd be reluctant to try a larger size. I'm not sure if reaching forward is a typical motion, but I kind of feel that however you want to move in a shirt (that fits), you should be able to without fear of it easily tearing. Make of that what you will.

Refund obtained!

For whatever reason, M&S show this shirt with white buttons online but, when collected, the shirt had buttons that were cream and looked as if they had got discoloured in the sun! Cream buttons on a white shirt - really? The material didn't feel like £45 fabric. So this shirt was taken back and I bought one in store for £19.50, with white buttons and the quality of the material felt far superior. Oh, and it irons like a dream :)
