Repurchase as my hair looks and feels better with it

Not sure it did everything it claimed but it left my hair feeling soft. Not sure it's worth the hefty price tag.

Had high expectations but left my hair crispy and dull even though I used the recommended amount. Didn’t prevent frizz either. I have fine coloured hair.

I have awkward hair - thin and sticky-uppy. My natural look is scruffy (if I've not had a blow dry) or helmet-like (if I have.) A half teaspoon of this worked into my hair leaves it with body, control and shine without making it look over done. It's expensive but it works. I gave what was left of my last bottle to my daughter (long, thick, hair prone to greasiness) and she says it's the only thing that works for her that doesn't take hours to do.

My daughter lent me hers and I really was amazed as it really did do all the things listed. I have tried many hair products over the years but this really is the best and amazingly I can get it at my local M&S.

I've used this product as a heat defence for blowdrying my hair for a while and purchased this to replace my current bottle. I like this as it performs well and does exactly what I want it to do.

Love this product. Great on my thick frizz prone hair but wish it wasn't so expensive

I had a trial size of this a couple of years ago and have found nothing as good since, they’ve all been false economies. So this might be expensive but will last me at least a year of daily use! A tiny amount smooths my hair (fine, with frizzy ends).

I had a sample of this from a beauty box a while ago and really like it, used a 15% off Sparks offer to get the full size one, you don't need much and it lasts ages and really works.

I use this every time I wash my hair. It is expensive but it lasts a long time.

This styling balm is so very very good. It doesn’t make my fine hair feel sticky or heavy. My medium length layered and highlighted hair is curly when wet but I can dry it sleek and straight with this balm. Straight sections with a wave and a flick on the ends. No more floppy or frizzy hair that won’t bounce when I brush it. You don’t need to use very much so it does last a while and it also has a wonderful scent to it. I’ve tried a lot more expensive types but this one is perfect for me and curiously also my sister who has totally different hair to me. She has very thick strong straight hair and it controls the flyaway top layer and keeps her fringe looking sleek and stops it kinking into curls. It makes blow drying so much easier It’s obviously magical!!!

Initially got a sample of this in one of the beauty boxes. Was so good I bought a full size one.
