This silky, slinky and soft Heatgen Top is a beautifully made garment. Purchased in the sale for my nonagenarian aunt all I am able to write is that she was delighted. She wears Heatgen footless tights under her trousers so now has Heatgen to wear under her top!

Love this long sleeve thermal top. Very stylish, not "granny" style at all. Very thin, soft and comfortable. Keeps me warm even in the coldest weather. Washes and dries beautifully too. I usually buy a size 14 in outerwear, but bought this in a size 12 for a closer, warmer fit.

As stated by a few previous reviews, this top although light and warm is a very loose fit and becomes quite baggy with wear, especially under the arms and around the neck. The material is not very attractive. For those ladies that like a closer fit far better to go for the non-ribbed version, or buying one size down. Sorry M&S, but this item is below you usual standards.

I wear M&S thermal tops all the time in the autumn/winter as a long-sleeve top under a gilet. As it is relatively mild at the moment I find the heatgen plus tops a little too warm. The ribbed top is perfect and the fine ribbing has a much nicer feel than the simple thermal tops. I always size up for a slightly looser fit. More colours please and please do an elbow-length sleeve version for the spring. Thank you!
