I got this for my daughter to go under her prom dress. It does the job wonderfully - no lines showing at all.

Didn't even try it on. Did not like the padded bra which was too thick for me. Disappointed.

I read all the reviews for this before deciding to buy it to wear under my outfit for my hen do. I notice that one person was upset about the gap under the bra as this ruined the no VPL look, however, without this I wouldn't have been able to get out of it.The gap was definitely necessary in order to extricate from it when taking it off. I initially tried on and bought one in my actual bra size (34G), however, because of the design, I had to pull it on over my head, as I couldn't fit it up over my hips. (I think another reviewer said a similar thing about pear shaped bottoms). As such, it was uncomfortable to pull on over my chest and the wires scratched my chest and breast when trying to remove it over the top. I then tried on a 36F on returning it to store, which fit much better. I still had the same issues getting it on and off as before, but I definitely didn't feel as much as if I was being attacked by a boa constrictor. Unfortunately, both the websites and stores are sold out of the almond colour in my size, so I am waiting for it to come back in stock. Despite all my moans, it did do what I needed it to and this is the only shapewear I've found like this (integral bra and over an E cup) and the bra was supportive and fit well even without the straps. Please get more stock!

Useful garment to improve silhouette. Detachable straps were a concern before wearing, but were fine. Just need to keep an eye on them if you machine wash as they easily detach and could be easy to lose.

Sizing is good. Gives a lovely shape only concern is the poppers keep coming undone .

Yes, I ordered 2 of these and kept the smaller size. It smooths you all over and is supportive without straps. There were no gaps as with 2 piece and I was very pleased with how I looked wearing it under my balcony dress and the buttons were manageable and I have arthritis in one hand. I'm very pleased with my new spanx.

As this is done by cup size rather than dress size I found it very difficult to get in to. I worked up a sweat! Because I am pear shape it was extremely tight around my hips. It wasn’t necessarily uncomfortable but blimey it was hard work getting on and doing up. However, the smoothing and slimming qualities were great and the strapless bra was a very good fit and didn’t need pulling up every two minutes. Ultimately, I chose to go for separates as they gave me a better fit but if you’re the same size on top and bottom I would recommend!

I bought this to wear under my dress to a family wedding. Just about to leave my accommodation to set off to the wedding the poppers opened. I thought I hadn't done them right , I sorted it and off we went. Within 20 minutes of arriving at the venue the same thing happened again. In total I had to visit the bathroom 20 odd times to sort it out. The item was perfectly fitted and I was even advised as to the sizing by a member of staff. 3 ill fitted plastic poppers are not fit for purpose. The garment ruined my day and with me being no where near my accommodation I had no choice but to struggle on. My confidence was lost! Do not but this garment!

Unfortunately I sent this back. I found the cup area too long, with an area at the bottom which seemed redundant, and the body part of the suit was far too short despite my 5 foot 3 height! The material feels good quality, strong and stretchy, but the fit was just too strange.

Well made, but too long in the body for a short person. I’m 5’ 1”. Also, the bra back was very difficult to do up.

I like this item because you can wear the straps in various ways as well as strapless, which is the main reason I bought it. I would like to ask M&S if you could do one like this but with legs so that it would also smooth out my thighs too.

Every bra I own from M&S is a 34E and they fit me perfectly. Not this one! The cups are baggy and shaped weird- particularly when the straps aren’t on! The control is certainly not firm, barely any control at all. And, as with most people, the poppers do not stay shut. Very disappointing. Would’ve taken back for a refund if it was possible. Not your usual standard M&S!

This was something I was excited to wear and the cups fit well and it seemed to be ok but then the poppers kept popping open to the point that even when trying it on they wud pop open and I dare not go out in it.. It’s just too short in the body which is so strange. I’m 5ft 1 and found it short. N hook n eye wud be far better than poppers. Sadly it was returned but had it fit it wud have been lovely.
