I have the pillow spray and love it, so thought I would buy this too. It is a lovely smell. I have been sleeping well anyway thanks to the pillow spray - I haven't tried this on its own so I'm not sure how well it works. The perfume lingers on my skin, which is a good thing.

This smells gorgeous, like the rest of the range. Nice on my sensitive skin, glad that it is sulphate free. I was struggling to sleep for a while so needed help, this alongside the 'sleep together' (oil perfume roller & pillow spray) set in the same range has helped me get to sleep more quickly and stay asleep most nights since I have started using it.
