Waste Of Money!
No, I don't recommend this
Product looks great but didn't work. The roller ball, which is supposed to deliver the serum, which the user installs, did not 'roll', therefore, no serum was released onto my skin. Will be returning this. I am also very disappointed because I thought that I was purchasing an M & S product but not so.

I've been using this now for about three months and have started the second tube of serum. Whilst I would say it doesn't particularly improve wrinkles, what it does do is improve skin texture and lift. In my case I have really noticed a lift effect to the brow area and to a lesser extent to the cheeks. You need to watch the video to use it properly and it is important after refilling the wand to tap the product down into the top. Worth noting that if you have a favourite serum this can be used with the wand. You don't have to buy the crystal clear one each time. Having said that I think the serum is good quality and reasonable value when compared to premium brands.

I like this serum. My face feels softer straightaway and it looks less tired. i agree it can be difficult to get the serum right down to the applicator but a quick tap seems to work! The on-off switch is not a good design and I suspect it will be the first bit to break. I enjoy using it and I am pleased I bought it.

I bought this 3 weeks ago after a demo in the store. Both myself and a friend noticed a difference, so I purchased it. I now wonder if the same serum was used! I've been using this since and what a waste of money. Using it at home, there is no difference whatsoever. The applicator does not work properly - the serum comes out the top and the side and you constantly have to hit it against a hard surface to get the cream to the end. The applicator has to be held upright for any cream to come out, which only works if you're laying down! Even putting the serum on my face and then rolling the applicator has not done anything. I wish I had read reviews about this product before purchasing. Keep your money and buy something else!

I have always suffered with puffy eyes and droopy lids, also the start of crow feet! I used this for a week and everyone commented on my skin and asked if i had had fillers. The serum is easily absorbed and gives an instant lift. Top bit hard to use in the fact the serum leaks out of side easily so i tend to put a tiny amount in. Hope they bring out more in this range.

I bought this two weeks ago and have used it night and morning it has not made any difference to my skin what so ever.A very expensive mistake.I am surprised that M&S would sell a product like this.

I love this to define my cheekbones and eyebrow arch before a night out! It gives my skin a really moist healthy glow. Please don't be put off by the price per ml....it's wrong, you are paying for the tool and the cream you get with it is a bonus! It's well worth it :)

I am so happy I tried this. I had been looking at other tools that can help firm and the prices varied from £200 plus to £1000,s. When I saw this for only £60, I thought I would try this first. I did my research and saw that the Brand have a good reputation and thought they would,t risk damaging that, and I am so pleased with the results. This is the sort of secret you only tell your best friend !! The cream is great day and night and I haven't needed all the other serums, creams, eyes, neck etc I used to clutter my bathroom with. my skin looks and feels better instantly.

"I have always been a fan of Crystal Clear products as I have always had the professional beauty salon treatments of microdermabrazion. . So when I saw that they were selling the products in Marks and Spencer for such a good price I jumped at the chance as I had been highly recommended the lift away the years to buy. When the product arrived I read the instructions and also went on you tube as the beauty consultant (who was very professional and friendly, carried out a demonstration and explained all about the product to me)at the store said after to look as I will see Sharon explaining how to put the serum in and use the lift away the years. I found that when you put the serum into the applicator,you need to tap the head of the applicator on a hard surface to allow the serum to sink into the inside of the top of the lid,so when you actually put the applicator together and turn it on the serum flows out evenly all over your face,any remaining serum that comes out the sides,if I have put too much in(as I am learning each time how much serum to exactly put in as trail and error) I use as a top up on my concerned areas,by dipping the applicator into the serum and applying on my concerned areas,so I am not wasting product! Yes my face did go red but reading up on that and asking a beauty therapist friend, I learnt that's its natural blood stimulation of allowing your muscles to wake up and give your face a work out and settles down after a few minutes,which I loved! I have been using the applicator with the serum for a week now as my nightly moisturizing routine and have really noticed the texture and plumpness of my skin looking glowing and feeling really soft and firmer as I took pictures of my face a week before I started to see the difference and I can! I have found the Crystal Clear applicator good value for money and will be recommending to my friends and family! Thank you Crystal Clear for a wonderful product!!!"
