The material is excellent, indistinguishable from wool to my touch, and overall I'm very pleased with it. In my usual M&S size 40R, however, it measured and felt like a 38R (17in across the back at the narrowest point between the sleeve shoulder seams), so I changed it for a 42R, which fits like the usual M&S 40R (18in); it's just as though they have the wrong size labels. The inside pockets are shallower than usual at 5.5in.
