Linen Blend Straight Leg Trousers

Tried but failed dismally to iron these trousers, they were impossible, as one crease was ironed out another was ironed in. I am aware that linen has a tendency to crease quite significantly but the garment should still look presentable, these trousers did NOT! Needless to add, I returned them to the store.

A good fit with the added bonus of elastic stretch at the sides. I didn't like the ribbon tie front as the ribbon didn't match the colour of the trousers, so I cut it off. the trousers were a little long for me although I am 5ft 7ins, so I just turned them up. Overall I thought they were great and would like to be able to buy them in another colour.

Have been looking for summer weight trousers for some time - thought I had found ideal ones. The quality of the material wasn't too bad but the fit was awful, tight around waist, baggy on hips and much too long - even though I had ordered short fitting! Have returned them.
