The shirts themselves are excellent value for money - I just really, really wish that they were not so over-packaged! And it would be nice if the "cotton sourced responsibly" claim was more prominently put in the online information about all relevant products because that is something I use to guide my purchases. I am also baffled by the new sizing. For a 152cm child- the 10-11 are just about ok now and these new ones (12-13) will be just about ok in a couple of months but ideally we could have really done with 11-12 but that size seems to have disappeared on some children's products (but not all). It makes buying very baffling.

Please bring this shirt back into stock M&S! Pure cotton is essential for kids with sensitive skin and/or eczema. Regular fit is way too wide for my 11 year old - these slim fit shirts are just right and, as an added bonus, they wash really well.

Good fit on slim 11 yr old - bought 11-12. I also bought a slim-fit 11-12 from a supermarket to compare and it was a little wider than this one. Look really smart and would recommend. Hopefully they’ll wash well too...

Great school shirts, usual M&S quality. Liked the Velcro button at the top - this will make dressing my 3 yr old much easier. Bought age 3-4 and it fits but with plenty of growing room so it should last the school year.

The quality and style of the shirts are great and I always buy these cotton shirts from M & S for my boys but the slim fit is just way too big. When I placed it next to the regular fitting shirt, there is hardly any difference!
