Method

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Sift the icing sugar (7 g) into the double cream (350 mL) and whisk until soft peaks form.
Step 2
Pile the cream onto the M&S Collection Madagascan vanilla pavlova base (1) followed by the mango chunks (1/2 pack) . Finish with M&S passion fruit pouch (1 pouch) and a scattering of mint (as needed) .
