The fit is good. I usually wear M&S size 18 high leg and these fit just the same. I haven't checked out the absorbency yet. I'm perimenopausal and bought them for an extra layer of security on flooding days.

I wanted to really like this underwear and find them useful but unfortunately, they did not stand up to the test- the high cut shape looks nice on but because of this I think it was prone to leaks at the side.I still had to use a pad along with these so, not suitable for heavy absorbancy

I am a 12-14 and have found the 12 version a little tight and not very high at the front as I like to sleep on my side/tummy. The 14 feel so much more comfy and generous with protection at the front. Lovely colours too. Wash well.

Being quite open and frank because I think more people need to discover period underwear and understand the amount of uses they have. After a bad back injury at a young age I because urinary incontinent, wearing pads stereotyped for older people and anxious all the time about the smell and the cost. Period pants have been a game changer for me. No more pads, no extra cost every month, I wear underwear like everyone else but just a different type of underwear. When I gambled for the first time to attempt this change, M&S had only two colours to choose from and now there is so many different types and varieties I could of cried when I looked for new underwear. So I thank you M&S from the bottom of my heart!
