Fruit flavours are delivered in layers of green apple, baked pear and richer quince, that along with creamy cinnamon notes are reminiscent of an autumn crumble. Vibrant acidity and a bone dry finish ensure this wine retains a freshness and lift.
The aromatic blend of grapes in this cuvée were harvested from the Ancient Lakes region of the Columbia Valley in Washington State. The elevation of the region helps preserve the fresh flavours of the white grape varietals during the ripening phase of the growing season and the rocky, basalt and caliche soils lend this wine some mineral notes. Winemaker Joshua Maloney has 15 years of experience having worked in California and Washington State.
