Velvet Embroidered Collarless Cropped Jacket

I’ve kept admiring this jacket on the internet and store but didn’t get round to buying it. Then 30% off last week but none left in my size! However, perseverance paid off because a size 12 went back into stock. Looks fab with my velvet trousers.

This jacket is fantastic quality, I've added 2 hook and eyes to it so that I can close it and wear it as a top with high waisted trousers. It is more on the expensive side, but it feels like it was last for many years to come. Only downside is it specifically calls out that it can't be washed or dry cleaned - spot clean only.

I loved this versatile jacket on first sight - something very different and special ! Could be worn in so many ways and the quality was excellent ! Unfortunately I tried size 8 but too big after ordering a size 10 ! Sadly no size 6 available although I tried so hard to find one - so had to return ! I think the boxy fit makes them bigger than the size states - lucky you if you find one in your Christmas stocking !

It is an interesting jacket that should stand the test of time. The design works for both day and night. Dressed up or dressed down. Expensive but but this is not a throwaway piece. Chances are next generation will steal it from your wardrobe.

I love this jacket. I've worn it a few times. You can dress it up or down. A timeless piece which you'll have for years!

I saw this on line and thought it was a “must have”. It didn’t disappoint. Very pretty, nice material and lifts any outfit to special. I bought it for a Christmas drinks party but it could also be worn with jeans for a slightly more casual event.

This is so cute, great quality. Unique & beautifully made, I will wear this jacket throughout the year. I’m a 6/8 top, ordered an 8, it’s true to size. Very Boho which is a favorite style of mine. So pleased I bought this!

This jacket is beautiful. The style is lovely it can be dressed down and definitely for dressing up. The stitching is fantastic. It is a classic. A little more expensive than I normally buy. I tried it on in store- didn’t buy it; then I got home and ordered it on- line immediately I had to have it.

Delighted with this jacket. I am a 10-12 but opted for the 12 in this. Happy I did as it fits nicely across the shoulders. Definitely a special piece to have in the wardrobe at that price, but feel il get lots of wear out of it over the years. It’l dress up a simple jeans and top outfit or give that 70’s Stevie Knicks vibe with a dress. A definite keeper!

I really tried hard not to buy this jacket - it's quite costly and probably has a limited amount of occasions that I can wear it for. All of a sudden I got a Sparks discount on jackets and there it went into my shopping basket! It's actually great - comfy, not too tight in the sleeves and understated glam for the festive season. I am going to wear with a variety of black dresses.

This is a beautiful jacket to add sparkle to a going out outfit. It is true to size and quite warm so great to throw on over a sleeveless top. It jazzes up a pair of jeans and I have received lots of compliments when wearing it.

love this.. rather expensive but had to have it as love the traditional boho styles, feel comfortable and look lovely. I've been looking for this type of jacket for years to wear with full skirts & dresses. well done M&S in some of your more unique boho/gypsy designs the last few years.

Fun stylish jacket , I really like the decoration on this black velvet box type jacket . It is not fitted but falls from the shoulders , the decoration enhances the shape. It looks great with black jeans or velvet trousers , wide or narrow leg. I look forward to wearing out in this festive season.
