Valentines Seasonal Gift Bag

The flowers arrived on Valentines Day in the morning. This was great. Unfortunately they were in a very sorry state. Contacted M&S who sent a replacement bouquet within days. Just not the romantic effect I was looking for.

Arrived on the day expected but unfortunately the quality and quantity of the some of the flowers was below that excepted. Firstly a couple of the flowers were dead. Although the flowers looked promising as lots were in bud, it never looked like anything in the picture.

Some stems snapped and some flowers wilting not the fault of the delivery people as box was in perfect condition

Bought a valentines gift bag. Was overall a little disappointed. Flowers were good quality and healthy. Delivery was perfect. The downside was the amount of flowers. There were about half as many as the advertising photograph. I feel i overpaid by about 30% for the amount received.

The alstroemeria had the top broken off and some other flowers /foliage were damaged. I had a red anemone too in my pink arrangement. I thought it had been packed in a hurry! Generally I was happy with it.

Disappointing bouquet. Roses failed to open despite trimming and changing water for a second time. Not what I would expect from Marks and Spencer.

Bought the flowers for valentines.nice enough but I had better at lower price for birthday two days previously from an internet source

I have ordered flowers from M&S before and been quite happy, but on this occasion I was very disappointed by those delivered, there were few flowers without broken stems. I phoned the M&S helpline and they very promptly offered a refund.

I actually bought these for myself because I loved the colours, had to wait for ‘Valentine’s Day’ for delivery but well worth the wait. Shared all over FB as they are so stunning, still looking good 6 days later. I don’t think I’ve ever been so pleased with with a bunch of flowers.
