Lovely Coat

I’m very happy with this coat. However, I do have one issue. The cuffs are very tight even with the popper undone. It means if you’re wearing a chunky jumper or even a big watch there isn’t much room for manoeuvre. Having said that, it’s warm, comfortable and although purchased for dog walking, it’s smart enough for other occasions. There are a few other things which M&S don’t mention which I think is a mistake on their part. Firstly, the fur is removable, secondly the hood has a lovely soft fleece inside, and thirdly, there is a small inside zip pocket big enough for a phone. All pluses in my opinion. The hood is huge as some people have said, but I don’t find that a problem. Lastly, I’m 5ft 7 and it just covers my knees. All in all a good buy.

Warm & stylish coat

Love this coat. It’s a lovely caramel/bronze colour with some stylish details which elevate the look and the waist pulls in nicely to make a casual coat look more fitted. I wear a size 10 and tried a 10 & 12 as I want to wear with jumpers, the 10 was spot on. Defo recommend.

This coat is great though I had to go down a size. Knee length which was perfect for me at 5 foot. Bit pricy but got 10% off but will last. Also got drawstrings at waist great idea. Fur on hood is very large but can come off,

I was so pleased when it arrived looks lovely and comfy but for a 14 slightly small against my other M&S coats size 14. Happy with it but can only wear a thin jumper but that’s all you need it is so warm.

Warm winter coat let down by material around zip
No, I don't recommend this
Bought for my stepdaughter in Nov 24. She has an eye for stylish products. Sadly, this good-looking coat is let down by, what we can only think is, poor workmanship with the material around the zip. It is so easy to get material from the 'flap' on the inside of the zip caught within the zipper itself. The material is thin enough to tear if you try to prize it out. Very disappointing for my stepdaughter as she's hardly worn it.

Sleeves are too short. There's not enough padding around the neck and upper chest area where it's really needed in cold weather. A bit disappointing for that money.

The puffy coat is a good fit and very comfy but the hood is far too big and comes right down my face even with the cords pulled so I have returned the coat.I’m disappointed.

The coat is a lovely colour (I bought the goldy-brown one) and length and is cosy and warm. Whilst the hood is lined with a cosy fleecy material, it is a bit too big and the fur around the hood doesn't stay in place very well.
