Roses bought for my Mum ,a year has passed since my Dad passed away. I use M&S all the time for online purchases as I live overseas . I was told the roses had brown edges and that my message from the family was not in the card . The card was black .I was more disappointed that the message was not on card than about the roses .

This is such a lovely treat to send to someone. I would have given 5* but there wasn’t opportunity to include note as to who it was from. I had to send a message to the recipient which ruined the surprise. Also, I don’t think it fitted through the mailbox so if someone isn’t in it’ll probably be left outside.
