Bought two pairs recently in two different denim weights, both same tapered fit and size. Both size and fit were different on each pair and both were different to pairs I bought a couple of years ago. They were adequate so I kept them. M&S need to look at their quality control.

Still haven't arrived! I have bought these jeans previously and they do the job for 'working' jeans (fit in wellies well). However this product has not been true to size with legs and waists significantly out from advertised sizing. Product quality control needs to improve M&S.

Incorrectly labelled sizes

Had to order a pair of these, 34 waist and 31 leg, when they arrived and I tried them on they were far too short. I measured the leg and it was 29. So there must be whole batches from Bangladesh incorrectly labelled. Can’t order again until the problem is resolved, but how will we know?

I've had to revert to men's jeans as all women's jeans hardly have a pocket these days. These are the best replacement I've found for bootcut jeans, they're very comfy with a nice soft material and just shy of the perfect fit. Will be buying these regularly now!

Good fitting, smart, dark jeans

Just what I’ve been looking for. I read that apparently men in their 40s shouldn’t wear jeans unless they’re dark, unwashed type. I don’t know if that’s necessarily true, but these are nice and dark, and look smart. The fit is good too. Slim or skinny jeans feel a bit too young for me now, but I’m not ready for ‘dad jeans’ so these are a good compromise.
