ChHu £10 refund charge per shirt The shirt is fine. But I bought four of them for size/style options and on making my return for those not suitable I was charged £10 per shirt. £35 refunded for each £45 shirt I bought. I kept the first one tried on so the others weren't even removed from their packaging.

R Whan Damaged Shirt Bought 2 shirts on line and in a deal. One shirt was damaged. Purchased these on line so had to order a replacement shirt and click and collect for a 2nd Time. Because ordered single shirt which wasn’t in the offer I lost out on £10 on the deal plus cost of my time and fuel to go to the store for a second trip. Not the most pleasurable experience but still regularly shop at M&S. Feel my loyalty has been ignored.

Chris BO These are not tailored fit It refers to these shirts as tailored fit, clearly not. The shirt was massive and unwearable. I have purchased tailored fit shirts previously from M&S all fine. I purchased 2 shirts at £45 each, stupidly I took out the packing, washed and pressed the shirt before I realised they were like tents. Wasted £90. very frustrated.

J Reading M&S - quality????? The shirts arrived loose, stitching on the cuff (original) was poor, collar was crushed on one. The personalised element was well done.
