Sweetness Fleece Funnel Neck Zip Up Gilet

These waistcoats are made by Regatta they are paper thin and there is no fluffiness about them and on first opening the bag they came in I admit I was disappointed and thought cheap and cheerful. However on wearing on a cold day walking my dog under a winter coat, it added body warmth without bulkinness so I was warm in my core without feeling I looked like Mrs Blobby. I wouldn’t recommend as warming for sub zero temperatures but they are pretty colours and wash well and are good addition to give you a bit of extra warmth.

I bought this online with next day delivery as I wanted to take it on holiday so I didn't get the option to see it in a shop before hand. Colour - more of a clover pink than pink. Texture - thinner than expected, had hoped to use as outer wear but it wasn't thick enough and is more of a layer item. Recycled fabric - not against this but didn't feel like previous "fleeces" had a slight fake feel about it. If I'd felt it in a shop probably wouldn't have got it. On a positive- as it was thin it packed well. Summary - Bought because i needed it fast, not quite the colour I thought nor the quality. Will keep this as i needed to use it but wouldn't buy another.

I was really pleased with this fleece. I bought it to slip on indoors - I didn't want a thicker one and this is soft and cosy especially with the funnel neck.
