Supremely Washable Medium Pillow

This is a pillow that can be plumped up or down for personal comfort. It's well filled but not too bulky. I haven't washed it so can't comment on that aspect, but so far I'm pleased with this purchase.

I echo most of the comments about how terribly lumpy these pillows are. Highly disappointing. I did read and follow the instructions and I always plump up the pillows when I make the bed, but these pillows stayed extremely lumpy and just generally, shapeless and a little deformed-looking! Also, contrary to what the name suggests, these are NOT washable - unless you want to deform the shape even further. Don't recommend these!

Very disappointed with the quality of these pillows. They were lumpy and there were gaps in the filling which did not plump up after being out of the packing for 12 hours.To crown it all when i returned the four pillows - three still in the original packing - Customer Service seemed to doubt my findings of poor quality until the till revealed that the product was faulty. Pillows priced at £12 - I've bought better usuable pillows for half that price in the past!

I found these pillows on a made-up bed in store. They felt really good, soft and a smooth cover. I ordered them and now I'm using them they are lovely. Very comfortable and I'm getting a good nights sleep at last.

I bought two of the pillows in the sale. They are good quality, well priced and extremely comfy.

I bought 2 pillows in town & am about to order more on-line when I saw the poor reviews. This may be because of packaging. Inside the packaging was a small slip of paper with instructions to plump up pillow properly & then plump every time you make the bed. The pillows I got are lovely, soft but not thin. M & S should put instructions large on outside then people might see them.

Pillow became lumpy after a couple of nights

This pillow was packaged in a roll and when opened the pillow was completely lumpy. I returned to the store and ordered two bounce back pillows, which were also packed in a tight roll but when opened were nice and soft and not lumpy. They were also lovely and comfortable and value for money.
