Suede Studded Block Heel Clogs

I bought these Mules in tan - they are really comfy and look amazing. Unfortunately after the first wear, 3 of the studs from each shoe disappeared from the sole edge. I returned them, to be told that they could either refund me or I could find a replacement pair to exchange. This was when no online orders could be made, so I could not reorder another pair. I did not want a refund as I wanted another pair, although I knew the studs would come off those as well. Now the tan mules are fully sold out, so no possibility of replacement now. This is a quality defect – it would have been better if M&S had offered a discount as each pair is going to have the same defect.

Opted for black. Good looking, comfortable, competitively priced and looking forward to wearing with all sorts of outfits.

I have the sienna miller black ones and love them so bought these in tan and they are perfect! I’m so happy with them as I find them such a versatile and comfortable style. They look great with jeans and dresses and even shorts. Brilliant! True to size for me
