Slim Fit Super 120s Wool Plain Suit Jacket

Vey disappointing i am regular marks customer. Was trying to use up rewards vouchers very frustrating ordering process didnt realise these vouchers not valid non marks products!! As rewards customer i get free delivery but never use this option as much prefer pick up in store! Again this option not available? After a call customer service they took off the delivey charge which i don't think i should have been charged in 1st place.delivery not great came day s earlier than expected of course i was working! They took picture to say had tried to deliver and woud try again next day no number to call to explain i would be working again. They did deliver next day and just left on doorstep!! Lucky was still there when returned 24 hrs later. Item itself was purchased at much reduced price?though no price reduction was mentioned on website. Its ok quality definitely not best have far superior marks own brand ! Overall very disappointed .
