Shirt for work Meh I am not keen on the fabric or the fit. The fabric is rough even after washing and the fit is narrow at the shoulders.

DRASEL My goodness, incredible shrinking polo! These initially seemed like great value, with a good fit and nice material. HOWEVER, after washing carefully at low temp, and drying on the line (no tumble dryer), these polos shrink probably about 3 sizes. Incredible. Totally unusable now. Be warned!

Wyjvy1 Perfect slim fit It's really hard to find slim fit clothing in large sizes that flatter tall athletic shapes. These polo shirts are a great fit, excellent quality, really nice cotton finish and a good selection of colours.

Luke81 Very poor quality Very disappointed with this item. Worn twice, washed twice and now unable to wear as size has shrunk so much, I can’t get the top on. Followed all washing instructions to the letter and still shrunk. And it’s not a one off, I bought a few different colours and it’s happened to all of them. If buying, would recommend buying a size larger etc to account for shrinkage. Poor quality for M&S. I guess you get what you pay for.

trq234567 same size from last year, but now much longer bought last year, Same size bought this year. but length changed now much much longer. Why ? did the measurements change or m&s had additional material to waste ?

Parker M Very happy over all I wanted a top that fitted nice. Although I'm pleased with the top, it is still loose for a slim fit, but fits as expected across the shoulders. Good quality and is just like the image.

haltnysouth London Shrinks I bought three of these, two slim fit and one regular fit in large. I washed all three on a 30-degree wash then line-dried them, no tumble dryer. The two slim fit ones are now too tight and the regular fit top now fits like the slim fit did before washing. In comparison, I have two designer polo tops from a company (RL) both washed and dried in the same wash, the same way that have not shrunk. Granted the RL cost 4x as much, but what good is cheap if they shrink after the first wash? Come on M&S this isn't good enough, your tops should not be shrinking on a 30-degree wash and line dried. I even had a go at the other half as I thought they'd stuck them in the tumble dryer, that's how much they shrunk. Now I owe my other half dinner for being wrong and accusing them of destroying my tops. I am sorry but I cannot recommend these tops. They look pretty and fir well first time you wear them but after that they will shrink.
