Secret Support™ Suede Ditsy Floral Slippers with Stainaway™

Within days of purchasing one of the bows came partly undone and then the other did the sme eventually. Because the 2 ends are sewn together it means you can't re-tie them and I need to look at cutting or modifying them as they are just loops. Not very attractive. I have slim feet but these go really wide after a while and I would say too big. They fall off my feet! I'm definitely a size 8 in shoes but these are wide and big. I chose them out of the selection back in spring time, there wasn't a great deal of choice and I wasn't over keen on the design of these but they were the best of what there was on offer. I think there's a big opportunity wasted on this product area even now in the AW collection. I've always liked closed in slippers rather than mule but none were on offer at the time. I may go ballet slipper this time.

I purchased these slippers two months ago and was looking for a pair of slippers that had a rubber sole so that they would last longer. Previous pairs of slippers that I have purchased have not lasted very long at all - barely three months. These slippers are very comfortable and have not shown much wear at all. The only downside is that the pretty navy ribbons on the front come undone and you cannot re-bow them as they have been stitched together so I had to cut them off. They have definitely lasted well and are not showing any signs of deterioration which I have experienced with other slippers purchased elsewhere.

Always buy secret support slippers from M & S without any problems,intact they are really comfortable.Except these after two weeks the sides split on both slippers and they just fell apart,so really sad.

Sole wore through in no time, ribbons came undone also. Very poor quality

I've always worn M&S secret support slippers but these have worn done on the inside very quickly, bows had to be cut off (undone bows could be fatal on the stairs!!!!!)! Also they've gone baggy. Rubbish really.

Only lasted a couple of weeks which is very disappointing. The side of the sole has split completely on both slippers. Don't bother even considering buying these.

The quality of these slipper is appalling. Comfort yes, but the inside has practically worn away after only a couple of months. I've always purchased M & S slippers, but I think I will be better off purchasing a cheaper pair from a competitor, what's happening to M & S quality.

I bought these slippers expecting quality M & S but they soon wore through completely on the sole. They were comfortable but that is of no use when they are worn out after a short period of time. I returned them.

I think I must be hard on my slippers because I've never had a pair from M & S which have lasted longer than a few weeks and these were no exception. After just 2 months the sole had parted from the upper all along the outside edge on one slipper, they have stretched and both have worn away completely inside. I've come to the conclusion that I might as well buy cheap supermarket slippers in future - incidentally the one pair I did buy from the supermarket actually lasted longer than any pair of M & S slippers I've ever owned. This is such a shame, I usually associate M & S with quality and I nearly always buy my outdoor shoes there - they just can't do slippers!

I feel the quality of these slippers (I have had a few pairs now) has deteriorated, but the price has remained the same! They had a small cut on the top, but I didn't feel it was worth returning.

I used the above review title, as if my feet could talk, they would certainly breathe an enormous sigh of relief when putting these wonderful slippers on! I always seem to suffer from aching feet, whatever my footwear, or even barefoot, BUT putting these slippers on is the most comforting and relaxing feeling. They really do fit absolutely perfectly to your feet, and they're the only footwear that I don't like taking off! I genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough, and always come back to secret support slippers. PLEASE M & S, never stop making them!

One bow fell off after a week and it was very difficult to tie/sew on again. A week later I discovered that both slippers had split along the outside edge after minimal use indoors. Poor reviews are definitely accurate as far as these slippers are concerned. Very disappointing and would not recommend under any circumstances.

Initially these slippers looked good, however, within 1 week the bows on the top had undone - because of the poor design, it is impossible to re-tie the bows, so these needed to be cut off. Within 2 weeks (after very light wear) the soles had worn away and the slipper has gone baggy. Complete waste of money - I would strongly recommend people to purchase a different product.

Very comfortable mules, true to size. Look smart and keep their shape. Thank you Marks and Spencers for coming up with such a comfortable slipper. The price is affordable too.
