Leather Scotch Grain Lace-up Derby Shoes

I bought these on line. they look ok and seemed to fit well. Wore them to go to the airport and on the walk from Manchester airport station to the terminal they had caused severe blistering to my ankles and heels. I was going on a walking holiday in the Pyrenees and ended up being grounded because of the damage to my feet. I had to return home in old sandals. Dreadful experience, they are going back.

Bought in the sale so great value for money. A very comfortable shoe which looks good and quite stylish. Only worn twice so far but a good fit and so far so good.

Bought for my husband to wear to work, first day on and he says they are very comfortable, good fit and as he has to walk through a car park with oily patches he says they have good grip.So would buy again.

I initially purchased a black pair and was so impressed, with the chunky look (similar to Dr Martins) but SO much lighter ... I purchased another black pair and and brown too. Only because, I was unsure how long they will be in stock .... Great for everyday use, and in my opinion, can be used as smart and casual at the same time too :0) I am a happy bunny ....

Unlike all the previous shoes I have bought from M&S (over a thirty year period) this pair were not instantly comfortable, they were tight and a very inflexible around the heel area. I have had to wear them in and suffer blisters on my heels but after a week or so of inconvenience they are now perfect. So if you are prepared to suffer a bit they are the shoes for you!

Very nice shoe that is quietly stylish, the durable sole and comfortable fit seem sure to make this my 'go to' shoe for the autumn and winter. One feels protected and able to walk most places without the 'over-booted' feel that some footwear can give you, particularly if you move between country and town settings.
