Philippe Raimbault is a fifth generation winemaker based in the village of Sury-en-Vaux, Sancerre. His Sauvignon Blanc vines grow on both sides of the Loire river in steeply-sloped vineyards rich with fossils from the Jurassic period. M&S winemaker Belinda Kleinig selected this classic Sancerre from Philippe, captivated by its richness and mineral complexity.
