With its complex and beguiling flavours of roasted almonds, red apples and clotted cream, this is supremely elegant white Burgundy. These Chardonnay vines grown in stony soils on a sunny hillside that adjoins the northern limit of the famous Chassagne-Montrachet appellation.
Winemaker, Guy Barrois fermented and aged the wine in a mixture of new and used barrels to give great richness of flavour while ensuring a delicate balance between fruit and oak. The result is an intricate wine with mouth-coating succulence and a seductively savoury, spicy finish.

No, I don't recommend this
Opened first bottle very dark yellow and it was corked, opened 2nd bottle and it was the same. So was refund for al 12 bottles, Purchased in May 2018
