Here is how to get the handful of critical measurements you need when buying shirts. (It’s always easier with an extra pair of hands)
NECK
No matter what the fit, all our shirts are sold by this measurement – wrap the tape gently around your neck. For the best fit, you should be able to fit 1 finger between you neck and tape. Size up if you want something looser.
CHEST
Measure around the fullest part of the chest, ensuring your arms are relaxed by your sides for accuracy.

SHIRT SLEEVE
For the ultimate fit, find your sleeve length – ours range from 33" to 38". Here's how to get the most accurate measurement:
Stand with your arm raised and bent 90 degrees at the elbow
1. Start with the tape at the nape of your neck, across to your shoulder
2. Continue from your shoulder down to your elbow
3. And finally from your elbow to the bone in your wrist
