of breast cancer, I love my life and feel really blessed.”
“I was immediately thrown into this world of having cancer, which felt like I’d been punched in the stomach.”
43, children’s nursing lecturer
“When I was diagnosed, it was isolating.
No one looked like me.”
32, English teacher
“The courage it takes to stand in my bra and knickers is in no way comparable to the courage these women have shown.”
It's Breast Cancer Awareness Month and we're partnering with Breast Cancer Now, once again, to raise money to fund life-saving research. This October, we're donating 20 per cent of pink bra sales, and you can help us. Simply purchase any pink bra between 1 and 31st October 2017 and we’ll donate 20% of the sale to the charity.
It’s easy to be mindful about breast health with a little TLC. Regularly touch your breasts, look for any changes and check out anything unusual with your GP as soon as possible.
